No Returns or Exchanges

• Personal-use items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

All spiritual products, rituals, readings, and energy-based items are non-refundable.
